This function will compile all the C/C++ mSim functions. Make sure that you call this function on the mSim root folder Next will go into various folders and compile the c/c++ functions. The function identifies whether the current platform is Matlab or Octave. (Note that few functions will not be compiled under octave because they are missing. I need to find time to do it)
